We want you to love what you wear! Try on your purchase in the comfort of your home, and if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Trial Period
Place your order at elessi’s clothing, and when it arrives, ask the delivery agent to wait while you double-check the size of your elessi’s clothing items before PAYING
- If the size fits, then pay the due amount to purchase your perfect fit elessi’s.
- If doesn’t fit, return it to the delivery agent and pay him the delivery charge for his efforts!
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note we are only able to exchange like for like product, e.g., a color way or size swap.
Additional exchangeable items:
- Size doesn’t fit.
- There is a defect.
Other non-returnable items:
- Items for sale.
Refund
Not satisfied? You can return your items within 7 days for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Sale item products are not eligible for return or exchange.
